The Quality Division of Trans Ash is set up for autonomy and reports directly to the Executive Vice President in order to prevent potential conflict of interest. The division makes use of an inspection and testing management software, Field View, in order to keep track of all inspections and tests as well as any open deficiencies. The division also has a lessons learned program in place to document and categorize any lessons learned in order to pursue continuous improvement.
