Tier 2 Partner Program Components

Active Discovery

Trans Ash has a diversity policy to give all people equal opportunities in the workplace. We do this by sourcing from sources like The National Minority Supplier Development Council, Women’s Business Enterprise Council, and Small Business Administration.

Employee Education

Trans Ash educates our team members to recognize the importance and benefits of a diverse supplier/subcontractor base. Diversity goals are clearly shared with all levels of management bi-monthly, reviewed quarterly, and reported to our customers.

Supplier/Subcontractor Registration

Every supplier/subcontractor is required to apply through the Trans Ash supplier portal. They are put in a database for Trans Ash employees to access and search. The database categorizes businesses by their type, location, and service offered.
