Director of Construction Services Dave Boley

Experience & Responsibilities:

Dave Boley, PMI‑SP, is the Director of Construction Services at Trans Ash, Inc., with more than 20 years of experience supporting and leading complex capital and heavy civil construction projects. His background includes extensive experience in Project Management, Project Controls, Quality, Estimating, and Surveying.

In his current role, Dave oversees the Construction Services Divisions, including Project Controls, Surveying, and Quality. He partners closely with Project Management leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, productivity analysis, contract administration, and technical problem‑solving.

Dave has played a key role in building and strengthening core business functions at Trans Ash, including the development of company‑wide project controls and quality systems. He is also committed to workforce development, having established Trans Ash University and a Cooperative Education Program to support training, mentorship, and long‑term talent growth.

Education:

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati and is a PMI‑Scheduling Professional (PMI‑SP). He brings a collaborative leadership style and strong technical foundation to support successful project delivery and company growth.
