Pay Information:

$80,000 - $85,000 yearly salary

Job Summary:

The Field Support Specialist will lead and manage the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site.

Essential Functions:

• Extensive out-of-town travel requirements
• Experience with HDPE pipe fusing
• Proficiency in extrusion welding
• Skilled in metal welding and fabrication
• Electrical experience ranging from 12V to 440 V systems
• Experience in carpentry work
• Experience in plumbing
• Ability and experience in working on water (i.e. barges, docks, or other marine environments)
• Operating construction equipment experience
• Flexibility to work various shifts – including nights and weekends

Job Requirements and QualificationsEducation:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Training Requirements:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in construction or related field preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience managing project work related to soil treatment and stabilization, waterway remediation, groundwater treatment, site preparation, excavation and/or earthwork and heavy civil.
• Experience with heavy equipment is preferred.

Other Information:

• Must have the ability to work effectively with little or no direct supervision to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., work in all types of weather for extended periods of time.
• Must be physically able to perform the work in hot and/ or cold weather conditions.
• Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs.
• May require some travel.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to successfully pass a MVR, and background check, and drug test (including THC)
