Pay Information:  

$20.60 - $30.90 / Hour

Job Summary:

The Training Admin works with the Training and Development Manager and various groups to resolve data integrity issues in the learning management system (LMS),  coordinates day-to-day operations, and resolve problems and errors.

Essential Functions:

    • Provides technical support and assistance to users.
    • Aids in the development and sharing of reports in a timely manner.
    • Help troubleshoot the learning management platform that serves as the hub of learning.
    • Administers, scores, and logs results of qualification, learning assessment, and retention tests and exams where appropriate.
    • Supports the organization and coordination of training sessions; reserves space for training, distributes materials (electronic, hard copy, etc.), and handles other similar details and tasks.
    • Develops or assists with the development and maintenance of a company-wide training calendar; tracks required initial and refresher training schedules.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Education:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field recommended

Training Requirements:

  • Experience as an instructional designer or LMS administrator in a corporate L&D context

Skill Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word applications
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record of being reliable and dependable

Other information:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check
