Founded in 1960, Trans Ash is a rapidly growing civil land construction & environmental company. We are expanding our Engineering Department and are seeking to add an experienced Estimator / Engineer to work on a variety of projects with our valued customers in the utility industry. This position will be based out of the home office in Cincinnati, OH, but will include +/- 15% of overnight travel to our sites. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and immediately contribute to the estimating team by leading the estimating process for civil construction projects in the range of ten million to two hundred-million-dollars. This position will report to the Chief of Engineering.
$85,000 - $120,000 Annually, subject to skill and experience level

The Lead Estimator / Engineer (Estimator 1) is responsible for leading the creation of proposals and project support for large scale civil construction projects. Work will include many aspects of project estimation, scheduling, and project management for civil construction projects.
